I'm an avid baseball and football fan - although I'm far too embarassed to tell you who my favorite baseball team is, I will proudly say GO COWBOYS!

Okay something about myself, I like your sports them so I will tell you I love Baseball and Football... Cardinals fan and football. Well I almost had my dream SuperBowl last year.. Die HARD Steeler Fand and second would be my beloved RAMS... (I did get to go to the Super Bowl this year) and I'm sorry to see the Rams lose, only thing to make it better would of been Steelers not Patriots.

At any rate, here's something for you. In my spare time, I write movie screenplays. I've been writing ever since the crayons went in my hands, but didn't start writing "seriously" until my adolescent angst set in, and gobs of poetry came out of my struggles. I picked it up again in college, and have been writing ever since.
I recently discovered my love of the screenplay movie form, and have written two since last November. My first movie was a "Big Chill" style movie about a group of four gay college friends reuniting in Provincetown over a weekend, and discoursing about the perils of turning thirty (not that I've had any experience with that!). My second movie, completed in June, is an action-adventure flick for kids about the perils of losing imagination. It's been fun exploring this side of my creative self.
Oh, ok, so I did lie already. I do know what it's like turning 30. Ugh.
I apologize early on if I ramble in my posts. I'll try to keep them briefer, or send you all caffeine to read these. : )

Another avid football fan here - Way to go Lisa - GO COWBOYS!! I even won a fantasy football league one year, beat out all men, - including 2 brothers. Great feeling. I love to WIN! !! Oh, yeah, for my husband ----Go Eagles.

Fantasy football helps keep the NFL interesting for me. No doubt, you'll think this pretty pathetic: when I go to NFL games, I usually do it to see the visiting team. The Panthers are just nothing to get excited about now! I guess lately you Cowboy fans probably know what I mean. LOL!

I too am a sports fan, and I enjoy most sports, there isn't much that I won't or haven't watched at one time or another.
I probably enjoy running office pools the most though, for the sporting events. I just like the idea of putting it all together and keeping track of everything. I get called the local mafia guy at work! 
Enough for now, don't wan't to share to much, yet!!!

I can already tell that I will love this group. #1 - I am a Steeler season ticket holder...I can't even begin to describe how incredible it is to see a top-notch team in a top-notch stadium (with a sub-par quarterback)...ahh, but I digress. #2 -I am a fantasy football freak. And last year was a successful year for me...as I won about $600 from my two leagues. Well, those two things about sum up my life....at least from July-January.

Also... GO PATS!!! I live very close to Fenway Park in Boston, and also very close to the new CMGI field, so I guess I am surrounded by my homestate sports!!

I just want to say that i hate the woods. Camping and fishing are poopy and if i never see another gnat or mosquito it will be too soon. I wanna breathe lungs full of smog and get run over by taxicabs. I want hot dogs from corner venders and a hundred choices of where to go on Friday night to drink my hole off. I want to go to the city and never come home---
